摘要
研究铅烟化炉氧化锌烟尘选择性氯化焙烧脱氟氯的过程。考察焙烧温度、焙烧时间、氯化钠和硫的加入量等因素对氟氯脱除效果的影响。实验结果表明 ,加入元素硫可以使氧化铅优先氯化并迅速挥发 ,避免物料烧结 ,有利于氟氯的脱除。在最佳条件下 ,焙烧产物中氟、氯的含量分别在 0 0 15 %和 0 0 4%以下 。
