摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直电泳法对120尾青海湖裸鲤进行了血清淀粉酶(AMY)电泳观察。结果表明:青海湖裸鲤血清淀粉酶有AMY1、AMY2和AMY3三种。AMY2同工酶在个体间存在多态性,其酶型分别为AMY2AA型(5.8%)、AMY2BB型(10.8%)、AMY2AB型(13.3%)和AMY2O型(70.0%)。AMY1和AMY3显现出单态。用同样的方法研究了鲤鱼和草鱼血清淀粉酶,结果其多态性谱带与青海湖裸鲤非常相似。认为,血清淀粉酶(AMY)在不同亚科鱼类间差异可能不显著。
s: 120 Qinghai-lake naked carps (Gymnocypris przewalskii Qinghai Lake Naked Craps)were used to investigate polymorphism of the blood serum amylase by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results were as follows: There were three isozymes including AMY1, AMY2, AMY3 in Qinghai-lake naked carps. There were four phenotypes including AMY2AA(5.8%),AMY2BB(10.8%), AMY2AB(13.3%) and AMY2O(70.0%) on the locus of AMY2, AMY1 and AMY3 were not found polymorphis existed.The analysis showed that the blood serum amylase could perhaps be species characteristics and not subfamily characteristics.
