摘要
脑血栓是脑血管栓塞或脑缺血性疾病。研究制疗脑血拴的药物,对脑血栓患者是一福音。本实验是用新研制的溶栓丸浸出液,做药物效应的动物实验报道。实验包括体外溶解血凝块的实验和体内溶解栓塞的实验。体内实验采取颈总动脉和颈外静脉插管搭桥手术法,人为的制成血管内栓塞的动物模型,用来研究药物的溶栓效应。实验结果证明,溶栓丸具有较强的溶栓效力。本项实验为溶栓丸治疗脑梗塞和脑血栓,提供了理论和实验根据。
Brain thrombus is a disease of cerebrovasculan embolism or bloodpenia. We bring a new medicine for thrombus to the patients who have this disease. Maceration extract is used of a solving thrombus in this experiment. Two fests were done: to solve blood coughlum in vitro and to solve thrombus in vivo. Artery cariofis communis is bridged with vein jugularis externa in vivo test. to make the animal modle of thrombus in vessel. in order to examine the efficiency of solving thrombus It is demorstrated that Rongshuan (or DT piu)—A New Drug vseful in preventing and Remecling cereal thrmbus. have a strotng solving efficiency.
