摘要
我们以工业双戊烯、苯酚和环氧氯丙烷为主要原料研制了DPP环氧树脂.采用不同的加碱法和不同的加料顺序,制得了固态和液态DPP环氧树脂.固态DPP环氧树脂环氧值为0.12~0.16克当量/100克,软化点为37.9℃.液态DPP环氧树脂环氧值为0.33克当量/100克.应用实验表明,用固态DPP环氧树脂制成的漆性能全部达到ZBG51048-87技术指标.本文还报道了用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究DPP环氧树脂的结果.
We used industrial terpene, phenol and epichlorihydrin as main materials to synthesize DPP epoxy resin. By adding alkali in different ways and adopting different orders of adding materials, solid and liquid DPP epoxy resins were prepared,whose epoxy value is 0. 12~0. 16 equivalent/100g and 0. 33 equivalent/100g respectively. Application tests showed that the coatings made from solid DPP epoxy resin are in keeping with quality index(ZBG51048-87)proposed by the Chinese government. The paper also reports the results of investigating the resin with DSC.
