摘要
思想政治工作是我党的优良传统和政治优势。思想政治工作的物质利益原则是马克思主义物质利益观的重要内容 ,也是加强和改进新时期思想政治工作的重要原则之一。坚持思想政治工作的物质利益原则 ,要贯彻“三个代表”的思想 ,转变观念 ,提高认识 ;要善于将思想政治工作与经济工作相结合、解决思想问题与解决实际问题相结合。
The ideological and political work is fine tradition and superiority of the Party.The principle of material benefits of the ideological and political work is the important contents of Marxism's view on material benfits and one of the principles of strengthening and improving ideological and political work in the new period . Presevering in the principle of material benefits of the ideological and political work demands to carry out the thought about the Three Representatives,to shift one's idea, to heighten cognition to combine the ideological and political work with economic work, to combine solution to spiritual problems with solution to physical problems, and to combine material incentive with spiritual incentive.
