摘要
近10多年来,异基因骨髓移植(Allo-BMT)治疗白血病取得了令人满意的效果,经治病人有50%以上获得长期缓解或治愈。
In recent years, allogene bone marrow trasplantation (Allo-BMT) has been applied to treating leukemic patients and received heartening results. Fifty percent of the Patients treated by Allo-BMT achieved either long-term remission or cure state. Besides carefully selecting recipients (patients with acute leukemia in early stage of complete remission following chemotherapy) and donors (HLA being compatible with that of recipient Patients), aseptic nursing care through the entire transplantation course has a special importance for successful results. Severe graft-versushost disease(GVHD) and infection are the main causes of death for the patients in post-transplantation stage. Important factors of avoiding relapse are sufficient chemotherapy and radiotherapy for pretrcatment. In March 1989, we successfully applied the approach of Allo-BMT to a Patient with acute lymphocytic leukemia which is reported in this article.
