摘要
改革开放以来,城市女性地位有明显提高,但从全球女性生存的历史、现状、和发展趋势所体现的普遍标准来衡量,中国城市女性地位的实际状况与真正的两性平等还有一定距离,具体表现在:就业选择权力不够充分,社会角色边缘化,在婚姻中所获福利较少,生理性别被强化。
Since the time of reforms, the position of urban women in China has been greatly improved. How-ever, viewed from the perspective of the history, the present situation and the trend of development of the lifeexistence of women in the whole world, it is realized that there is a considerably wide gap between the actualcondition of Chinese urban women and the real equality between men and women. This disparity takes theforms in the following aspects: the limited choice of employment for women; the narrowing of their socialroles; the less advantages in their marriages; the highlight of their physiological gender.
