摘要
本文讨论了激光谐振腔的稳定调节系统 .对失调的激光谐振腔的输出光斑进行图象处理 ,检测出光斑的内外圆环的边缘 ,然后用曲线拟合的方法得到内外圆环的几何中心坐标 ,计算出光斑的能量偏移和位置偏移 .运用几何光学和衍射光学的有关知识 ,推导出激光谐振腔镜的倾斜角和光斑偏移量的关系 ,利用这个关系来实时调节谐振腔 ,使谐振腔准直 .
The article discussed stability adjust system of laser resonator. We have processed a lot of output facula of laser resonator which had maladjustment, inspected inner and outer cirque edge of facula, got their geometry center coordinate by curve fitting and calculated energy and position deviation. Finally we got equation about lean angle of laser resonator and facula deviation by geometry optics and diffract optics information. We took advantage of this equation to adjust resonator in time, and we did a lot of experiments which certified this mean was feasible.
