摘要
目的 :研究人工腱植入体内后的降解过程及细胞变化。方法 :将人发角蛋白HHK人工腱植入兔离断跟腱中 ,于术后不同时期的取出植入物中段及吻合端取材 ,制作常规石蜡切片。结果 :第一周 ,人工腱表面有一层粘膜状物 ,周围聚集大量的炎症细胞 :第 2周人工腱中人发开始被纤维鞘包裹 ;第 3、6周为人工腱降解活动高峰期 ,且降解步调不一致 ;第 9周人发被完全降解、只残留少量的色素。结论 :从形态学方面来看 ,人工腱植入兔体后经过系列变化 ,最终可被完全降解、吸收。而细胞表现的不仅仅是吞噬作用。
To study the morphological changes of the implanted artificial tendon(AFT). Methods: HHK artificial tendon was implanted into transected rabbit archilles tendon, then the paraffin section on the different time pionts were taken from the first week to the ninth week. Results: One week postoperation, lots of inflammatory cells appeared. Two weeks after implantation, AFT was wrapped. Three weeks, 6 weeks postoperation, the degradation of AFT became more active. On the nineth week, AFT was absorbed with some remained pigments. Conclusion: AFT implanted into rabbit achilli tendon can be degraded and absorbed through a series of changes.
