摘要
组织工程是将细胞生物学、分子生物学、材料科学、工程科学和骨科或整形外科手术相结合的新兴学科 ,在骨修复治疗中正显示诱人的前景。本文简要介绍了最近几年将基因治疗应用于组织工程骨修复所形成的一种新颖的治疗策略——局部基因疗法 ,并对其基础即诱导成骨有关蛋白的理论和应用作简单描述。
Tissue engineering is a combination of cell bi ol ogy,molecular biology,material science,engineering science and orthopaedics.Bone repair,likely one of the first applications of tissue engineering,has been show ing promise.A novel therapeutic strategy using gene therapy in tissue engineerin g to facilitate osteogenesis,named regional gene therapy,was introduced in the p resent mini review.The understanding and pharmaceutical trials of osteogenesis- related proteins,as the basis of regional gene therapy,were briefly described.Re gional gene therapy will certainly promote the transit of the tissue engineering to the clinical orthopaedics.
