摘要
研究了 α-萘酚对普通小球藻的生长、光合色素和 MDA含量及抗氧化酶 ( SOD、CAT、POD)活性的影响 .结果表明 ,随着 α-萘酚浓度的升高 ,藻的生长速率、叶绿素 a与类胡萝卜素的含量 ,SOD、CAT、POD活性均先升高后下降 ,除 POD活性在 5 .0 0 m g· L- 1时达到最大值外 ,其余均在 2 .0 0 mg· L- 1达到最大 .而在 α-萘酚浓度低于 2 .0 0 mg· L- 1时 ,MDA含量变化不大 ,只有当 3种抗氧化酶活性呈不同程度的下降后 ,MDA含量才急剧上升 ,膜脂过氧化加剧 .说明 α-萘酚导致普通小球藻膜脂过氧化是其致毒机制之一 ,而抗氧化酶在一定污染物浓度范围内具有防御保护作用 .
Deals with the impact of α-naphthol on the growth, chlorophyll a, carotenoid, MDA and the antioxidase of chlorella vulgaris. The results indicated that, with the increasing of the concentration of α-naphthol, the growth rate, chlorophyll a content, carotenoid content and the activities of SOD, CAT and POD increased first and decreased afterwards, except POD (5.00 mg·L -1 ), they reached their most values at 2.00 mg·L -1 . The MDA contents changed little until the activities of SOD, CAT and POD decreased, the results showed that the lipid peroxidant aggregated. It suggested that led up to lipid peroxidant of chlorella vulgaris is one toxic mechanism of α-naphthol, and only within a certain limit, the antioxidase had a positive protective effect.
