摘要
研究了热循环渗碳时,工艺对20和20CrMnTi钢渗层深度和组织的影响。试验结果表明,适当的热循环工艺可以明显提高20钢的渗碳速度,细化两种钢的晶粒。同时在20CrMnTi钢表层形成弥散分布的细粒状碳化物。
It is studied that the influence of cycle process on the depth and microstructure of carburized layer of 20 and 20CrMnTi steels with the doublechamber box furnace during thermocycling carburizing. The experimental results show that the suitable thermocycling process can obviously improve the carburizing speed of 20 steel and refine the crystal grains of both steels. Moreover, in the case of 20CrMnTi steel fine granular dispersed carbides can be formed.
