摘要
交叉波导及相关组件是集成光学中重要的器件单元 ,对交叉波导光传输特性进行理论模拟计算是不可缺少的 .本文对以往常用的计算模型进行了修正并与之作了对比 ,发现在同样的计算条件下 ,仍然使用标准的 FDBPM算法 。
Crossed waveguides and relevant components are important parts in integrated optics.It′s needful to simulate their optical transmission propertities.A modified model for calculation is presented and compared with the previously used one.Calculated results show that our proposed model is much better,especially for calculating crossed waveguides with large intersection angles.
