摘要
研究了稀土对工业纯铁中温内耗的影响.结果表明:其影响程度和热处理过程密切相关,铁中稀土有合金化作用.炉冷后变形铁在600℃时效,仍存在Snoek Ke-Koster(以下简称SKK)峰;随时效温度升高,SKK峰温度T_p不是单一下降,在600℃时效出现明显回升。
Effect of rare earth on the middle-temperature internal friction of commercially pure iron is closely related to heat treatment. The rare earth additive was resulted for acting on alloying. The Snoek-Ke-Koster (briefly called SKK) peak is found to remain still even if the deformed iron after furnace cooling has undergone to age at 600℃ for 1h. The SKK peak temperature does not simply fall as the ascending of aging temperature, but raise up again at 600℃ aging.
