摘要
通过含金属盐的脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯 (PM)与 BHET的共缩聚反应 ,制备了大分子主链上含有金属盐的聚醚酯抗静电剂 (PEEM)。 PEEM与常规 PET切片共混纺丝制备的涤纶纤维具有优良的抗静电性能 ,且其抗静电性、耐洗涤性均优于添加不含金属盐的聚醚酯抗静电剂 (PEE)的涤纶纤维 ,经沸水处理后仍能达到理想的抗静电效果。此种抗静电纤维在极端干燥 (RH≤ 30 % )条件下仍能具备优良的抗静电性能。最后采用红外。
The antistatic agent contained metallic salt in the main chains PEEM can be made by copolymerization of aliphatic acid polyethylene glycol(PM) and BHET. The new antistatic PET fiber was made by blend spinning of PEEM/PET. This antistatic PET fiber as well as the durability was better than those antistatic fiber made by blend spinning of PEE/PET, which showed an excellent antistatic property. The new antistatic fiber still kept ideal antistatic effect after treated by boiling water. Inaddition, in very dry environment condition( RH ≤ 30% ), the effect of antistatic of this fiber was still good. The structure of this fiber was analyzed by IR and microscope.
