摘要
制备了TiO2 柱撑皂土和TiO2 柱撑高岭土催化剂。测定了在 35 0℃和 6 0 0℃焙烧后催化剂的比表面、酸强度 ,并且对氯苯一硝化产物的区域选择性进行了研究。结果发现 :柱撑作用增大了粘土的比表面积和酸强度 ;以浓硝酸为硝化剂时 ,经 35 0℃焙烧后的TiO2 柱撑皂土催化剂表现出良好的对位选择性 ,硝化产物中m (邻 ) /m (对 ) =0 2 7∶1 0 0。催化剂重复使用 4次 ,其催化活性基本不变。
Catalysts of TiO2-pillared bentonite and TiO2-pillared kaolinite were prepared. After being calcined at 350 °C or 600 °C, the specific surface area and acid strength of the catalysts were determined, and regioselectivities of chlorobenzene nitration on these catalysts were investigated. It was found that the specific surface area and acid strength of the catalysts increased owing to pillaring, and TiO2-pillared bentonite by calcination for 4 h at 350 °C enhanced the paraselectivity of chlorobenzene nitration with nitric acid as nitrating agent, the ortho/para isomer ratio being 0.27 in the product of mononitration. The catalyst could be re-utilized up to four times with little decrease in activity.
