摘要
用浓度为 2 0 0mg/L的氯化胆碱处理 7份不同活力水平烤烟K32 6种子及其老化种子 ,并用生理及生化指标对不同处理进行测定与分析。结果表明 ,氯化胆碱可提高中、低等活力水平种子的活力 ,而对高活力种子的活力则有轻微的抑制作用。本法对提高中、低等活力水平烤烟K32 6种子的活力具有明显作用。
Using 200?mg/L Choline Chloride treated with seven different ranges vigor of flue cured tobacco K326 seeds and its accelerated ageing seeds.At the same time,using physiological chemical index to evluate their effects.It has been observed that the medium or low vigor flue cured tobacco seed can be increased its vigor by Choline Chloride treatment respectively.But these treaments are lowering slightly to that of higher vigor.These treaments are effective methods to improve the medium or low vigor flue cured tobacco K326 seeds.
