摘要
本文以随机引物成对组合的方式 ,对和缓艾美耳球虫 (Eimeria .mitis)、巨型艾美耳球虫 (E .maxima)和柔嫩艾美耳球虫 (E .tenella ) 3个种各 2个单卵囊感染纯株、E .tenella 6个抗药性表型不同的单卵囊感染纯株进行了RAPD分析 ,结果发现 ,RAPD技术能非常有效地用于上述球虫种、株间的鉴别。
A genetic polymorphism study was performed in coccidia from the domestic fowl by random amplified polymorphic; DNA(RAPD)using pairwise combinations of primers.Two strains each of Eimeria mitis,E.maxima and six strains of E.tenella that differ markedly in drug_resistance phenotype were used.The results suggest that the RAPD assay could be an extremely useful tool for the study of differentiation of these coccidia species and strains.
