摘要
提出了一种基于质量功能配置的确定工艺质量水平的建模方法 ,并建立了优化数学模型 ,其目标函数是总体工艺质量改进程度最大化 ,约束条件包括三个方面 :①工艺质量水平变化区间。②工艺质量要素之间的相关性。③预算的工艺质量成本。应用实例表明 ,针对具体的工艺质量问题 。
Quality planning for machining process is an important activity in product quality assurance, whose key issue is to convert part's quality characteristics to the process quality elements(PQE) and their target levels. A systematic modeling approach is put forward to plan the machining process and determine the optimal level of process quality. A mathematical model was developed to maximize the overall improvement degree of the part's process quality and subject to three aspects of constraints∶ varying ranges of PQEs' level, interrelationship between PQEs, and quality cost budget to improve PQEs' level. An illustrative example involved the NC-machining process quality for a thin-walled frame of airship is studied, and the results shows that the proposed optimization model can effectively help process planner or NC programmer determine the optimal level of process quality concerning with resources utilization.
