摘要
推导出管坯复合液压胀形极限成形系数的数学表达式,确定了汽车桥壳复合液压胀形极限成形系数,为实际生产上确定成形次数和分配各道次的胀形系数提供了理论依据。
The limit coefficient of compound liquid bulge for tube bl ank is deduced, the limit coefficient of compound liquid bulge for aut omobile axle housings is determined, and a theoretical basis is provid ed for determining forming time and assigning bulging coefficient in a ctual production.
