摘要
在实验室内测定了柄海鞘 ( Style clava)和玻璃海鞘 ( Ciona intestinalis)对 4种不同大小藻类的选择性及温度对其选择性的影响。结果表明 ,玻璃海鞘对大规格的藻类具有较强的选择性 ,并且其选择性不受温度的影响 ;柄海鞘在 12和 2 8℃时 ,有选择较大颗粒的倾向 ( =10 .4 5μm) ,在 18和2 3℃时 ,对较小规格的藻类 ( =1.4 9μm)具有较强的选择性。可见 ,在不同温度下 ,这两种海鞘对海洋浮游植物群落结构产生不同的影响。
For research of fouling’s effect on marine plankton community structure,The experiment was conducted to study two species of foulings’ feeding selectivity and the effect of temperature on it.Four species of algae were used as food.Results showed that Ciona intestinalis tended to select larger size alga,and temperature had no effect on it;at the temperature of 12℃ and 28℃, Styela clava tended to select larger size alga(=10 45μm),but at 18℃ and 23℃,it tended to select smaller one(=1 49μm).So the two foulings have different effects on marine phytoplankton community structure.
