摘要
为探索细胞连接通讯在针刺疗法中的作用 ,对 1 0只小鼠右侧肝经下腹段进行了电针 ,测定了电针鼠和 1 0只未电针的对照鼠肝和肝经表皮的细胞连接通讯 ,结果显示 :电针明显促进肝细胞连接通讯 ,而对表皮细胞连接通讯则表现为抑制作用。说明对内脏和体表细胞连接通讯的不同作用可能是针刺对机体的有益调整作用的生理机制之一。
To study the effects of epidermal gap junctional intercellular communication on the acupuncture therapy,the liver and epidermal gap junctional intercellular communication along liver meridian of 10 mice which were acupuntured in inferior belly were tested,and commpared with 10 non acupunctured mice.The results showed that the electro acupuncture has obviously stimulative effects on hepatic gap junctional intercellular communication,and inhibitive effects on epidermal gap junctional intercellular communication.The different effects on visceral and epidermal gap junctional intercellular communication could be one of the physiological mechanisms of acupuncture with adjustive effects on organism.\;
