摘要
对三辛基甲基氯化铵 (TOMAC)萃取色氨酸的萃取平衡进行了理论与实验研究 .建立了 TOMAC萃取色氨酸的平衡模型 ,推导了理想过程分配系数 DA,id以及理想过程 H+浓度变化的计算方程 ,并将实际过程分配系数 DAP与理想过程分配系数 DA,id进行关联 。
The theoretical and experimental studies on extraction of tryptophan with tri n octylmethylammonium chloride(TOMAC) have been made. An equilibrium model and equations relating to the calculation of distribution coefficient D A,id and H + concentration change in ideal conditions were derived. The distribution coefficient in practical processes D AP was corelated with the distribution coefficient in ideal condition D A,id and a modificative factor f . The calculated results show that the calculation values D Ap,cal are in good agreement with experimental ones.
