摘要
报道了采用氯磺酚 S(SCPS) -示波计时电位法在 p H=5 .0下分别直接检测天然水中的无机单核铝Ali 和总单核铝 Ala浓度 .并用该法测定了有机单核铝 Alo,总铝 Al T和酸溶态铝 Alr,从而实现了天然水中 5种 Al形态的电化学测定 .测定了 2 0个实际水样 ,与 Driscoll方法进行了对照 ,结果基本一致 .用热力学平衡计算探讨了该试剂与 Al的络合机理 ,通过与其它试剂进行比较 ,总结出试剂的酸离解常数 Ka、稳定络合常数K稳 以及配体结构对测定
A simple and reliable electroanalytical method for the fast determination of different aluminum species(total Al T, acid soluble Al r, monomeric Al a, inorganic monomeric Al i and organic monomeric Al o) in natural waters by a.c.oscillopolarography using chlorosulfophenol S(SCPS) is described. The method was successfully applied to analyze different species of Al in 20 real samples. A program using C language designed by authors was applied to prove the theoretical foundation of the proposed method. The program was also applied to compare three kinds of reagents with different structures to ascertain the optimum pH range for speciation of Al in real water. It is concluded that the complexing ability of a certain reagent with Al mainly depends on the complexing constant and acid dissociation constant K a, as well as the chemical structure of the ligands.
