摘要
本文以甲酸为反应介质 ,采用非水溶剂水热法制备了CeO2 纳米粉。XRD分析结果表明产物为萤石结构的立方相CeO2 ;TEM分析结果表明产物颗粒呈球形 ,粒径分布范围很窄 ;IR和XPS分析结果表明产物中无水、甲酸、NO-3吸附 ;同时采用光声光谱对CeO2 纳米粉的量子尺寸效应进行了研究。
Nanocrystalline ceria was prepared by hydrothermal technique using formic acid as the solvent.XRD analysis confirmed the cubic phase of ceria with fluorite structure and TEM analysis revealed spherical particles having a narrow size distribution.IR and XPS analyses indicated no detectable water,formic acid or NO - 3 ions.The quantum size effect of nanocrystalline ceria had also been studied with PA spectroscopy.
