摘要
研究了低压离子色谱 流动注射分析 (FIA)联用连续测定水中NH+ 4 、NO- 3 、NO- 2 的方法。借助于低压离子色谱柱和合理的FIA流路 ,先将NO- 3 、NO- 2 分离并还原为NH+ 4 ,再与原样中的NH+ 4 一起依次与纳氏试剂进行显色反应 ,然后用吸光光度法检测。该法选择性好 ,应用简单 ,不仅在使用一个检测器的条件下实现了以三种化合状态存在的氮的连续测定 ,而且为其它元素的形态分析提供了一个可供借鉴的。
A new method by the hyphenation of low pressure ion chromatography and FIA spectrophotometry is applied to the successive determination of ammonium nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in water is studied in this paper. A profitable FIA instrumentation is designed. The injected sample solution is separated into two portion by a three way valve. One protion is led to meet with the Nesseler′s reageat directly to determine photometrically the ammonium nitrogen in the sample. The another portion of the sample solution is passed through the low pressure anionic exchange column to separate NO - 2 and NO - 3, and then reduced successively through the redution column to NH + 4 state. They are finally determined also by the Nessler′s photometric method. The method is characterized especially by its convenient operation, simple instrumentation and selective determination. Only one detector is used for all the three determinations. Such FIA configuration may be applicable to the state analysis of other substances.
