摘要
介绍了DDS的基本原理及其杂波分布 ,分析了影响杂波的主要因素 ,提出了利用DDS技术实现X波段密跳点频率合成器的方案和实验结果。此合成器的输出信号带宽 1G、跳频间隔 1MHz、偏离载波 1kHz处的相位噪声可达 1 0 5dBc/Hz、宽带杂波抑制优于 6 0dB ,具有宽带宽、低相噪、高杂波抑制、小步进等特点。
The fundamental principle and the clutter distributing of direct digital synthesis(DDS) are introduced. The major factors that influence the clutter are analyzed. An implementation scheme and some experimental results of an X band frequency synthesizer using DDS technique are presented. The synthesizer can generate a signal with a bandwidth of 1GHz,step frequency of 1MHz, phase noise of 105dBc/Hz at an offset of carrier frequency of 1kHz and wide band clutter rejection superior to 60dB. So it is characterized by wide band, low phase noise, excellent clutter rejection and small step frequency.
