摘要
简要介绍了２０００年全国安全生产的基本情况,对重特大事故进行了不完全统计,把１０２起重特大事故按事故类型和行业进行了归类分析,从中得出了４个结论。
The present paper provides the statistical data and analysis of the industrial safety in China in the year 2000. During January to November in 2000, the casualty number in mining enterprises is 5 317, which decreased by 9.6% compared with 1999's, while 2 655 people lost their lives at work in non-mining enterprises from January to October, and the casualty number decreased by 11.5% compared with the number in 1999. In the present paper, 102 major accidents are summarized and classified into four categories, i.e. the explosion accident, construction accident, mining industry accident and traffic accident. Among the 102 accidents, the frequency percentages of the four categories are 10%, 9%, 49% and 32% respectively, and the casualty percentages are 10%, 20%, 42% and 28% respectively. They are listed in Table 1-4.
