电针对局灶性脑缺血大鼠皮层体感诱发电位和细胞超微结构的影响 被引量:20

Effects of Electroacupuncture on Cortical Somatosensory Evoked Potential and Cellular Ultrastructure in Rats of Local Cerebral Ischemia

摘要 采用凝闭大鼠大脑中动脉致局灶性脑缺血模型,研究电针督脉经“大椎”、“人中”两穴对皮层体感诱发电位(SEP)和细胞超微结构的影响,结果显示,缺血组SEP各成分波幅明显降低,峰潜伏期明显延长,细胞超微结构大部分崩解;电针组SEP各成分波幅略有降低,但峰潜伏期无明显延长,细胞超微结构大部分未破坏。表明电针可阻止神经元继发坏死,为针灸治疗缺血性中风提供理论依据。 Effects of electroacupunctuure (EA) at Dazhui (GV14) and Rezhong (GV26) points on cortical somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) and cellular ultrastructure were investigated in the rat of local cerebral ischemia. Results indicated that amplitudes of the various components of SEP lowered significantly, the latent period of the peak prolonged obviously and the most cellular ultrastructure disintegrated in the ischemic group, and amplitudes of the various components of SEP decreased slightly and the latent period of the peak did not obviously prolongate and most of cellular ultrastructures were not dystroyed. It is suggested that EA can block secondary necrosis, which provides a theoretical basis of theory for treatment of ischemic apoplexy with acupuncture and moxibustion.
