摘要
用硅铝微球在无胺体系高效率合成出ZSM 5分子筛 ,该法的水 /氧化硅比小于 15 ,故产品产率高于传统合成方法 ,且合成分子筛的母液较传统合成法少得多而且可以再利用。考察了分子筛高密度合成的影响因素和特点。微反评价结果表明 。
ZSM 5 molecular sieve was synthesized efficiently using microsphere Si Al gel in inorganic system. Because using much lower H 2O/SiO 2 ratio (<15), the yield of ZSM 5 was higher than that of traditional synthesis method. The amount of mother liquor was significantly decreased and could be reused. The influence factors and features of the said synthesis method were investigated. The MAT test showed that the catalyst containing the said ZSM 5 processed high activity and high olefin selectivity.
