摘要
采取一种新的提取产品的工艺方法 ,使丙酮与丙烯腈在浓硫酸中生成双丙酮丙烯酰胺后 ,产品的提取不必经过重结晶 ,避免了挥发性溶剂对环境的污染 ;采用正交试验设计法对提取过程的三个主要影响因素 (萃取用水量、碱洗过程中碱液的用量和碱洗时间 )进行了优化 ,产品产率达 5 4 5 % ,熔点 5 3~ 5 6℃。以合成的产品为官能单体 ,以肼为交联剂制备了交联型的丙烯酸酯乳液 ,利用红外光谱技术证实了交联反应的发生 ,并对该交联型乳液的膜性能进行了研究。
Diacetone acrylamide(DAAM) was prepared by reacting acrylonitrile with acetone in 98% sulfuric acid and employing a method of extracting the product capable of avoiding contamination of the enviroment by the large amount of volatile organic solvent involved.Important factors influencing the yield of DAAM in the new method were indicated and discussed.The yield of DAAM was 54.5% with a melting point of 53~56 ℃.Using DAAM as a functional monomer and hydrazine as crosslinking agent,we synthesized the crosslinkable acrylic polymer emulsion and studied the crosslinking reaction and film properties.[
