摘要
采用电脉冲对调制的读出式电路 ,通过 Tc略低于室温的钛酸锶钡 (BST)系铁电陶瓷红外敏感材料的制备 ,在 10~ 5 0℃下进行了红外辐射响应特性的测试。测试方法为 :采用红外敏感元 ,使之与固定电容值的参考元形成电容器对 ,并由方向相反的电脉冲对调制该电容器对 ,通过读出式电路来读出其总的充放电电荷 ,进而得到敏感元探测的红外辐射信息。实验结果与理论分析较为吻合 ,说明这种方法进行红外探测是可行的。与传统的测热辐射方法相比 ,其响应速度快 ,无需采用斩波器对红外辐射进行调制 。
Through the design of the read-out circuit under the modulation of the electrical couple-impulses and the fabricat ion of the infrared sensitive ferroelectric ceramic BST, the infrared radiation information under 10~50℃ was measured through the total filling charge and dis charge, which was decided by the couple capacitors. One of the couple capacitors was the infrared sensitive unit modulated by the electrical impulse, and anoth er was a fixed unit modulated by the reverse electrical impulse. The experimenta l result agreed with the theoretical computation basically. It was showed that s uch detecting method was feasible. Compared with the traditional detecting metho d, this method had a fast response and had a simple structure with no wave chopp er.
