摘要
基于 0 .0 4mol/LH2 SO4介质中痕量Ti(Ⅳ )对KBrO3氧化 2 - [( 5 -溴 - 2 -吡淀 )偶氮 ]- 5 -二乙氨基酚褪色反应的阻抑作用 ,建立了测定痕量Ti(Ⅳ )的动力学光度测定法。方法检出限为 42ng/L ,线性范围为 0~ 4.0 μg/L ,终止反应后 ,吸光度可稳定 6h。结合萃取分离富集技术 ,方法用于测定人发、植物及岩石样品中痕量钛 ,结果与标准值相符。精密度试验以w(Ti)为 1 0 - 6水平的试样检测 ,其RSD(n =6) <1 .7%
A new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace titanium (Ⅳ) has been developed. The method is based on the inhibitory effect of trace titanium (Ⅳ) on oxidation of 2 (5 bromo 2 pyridylazo) 5 diethylaminophenoe (5 Br PADAP) with potassium bromate in 0.04 mol/L sulfuric acid solution. The detection limit is 42 ng/L for titanium (Ⅳ) with the linear range of 0~4.0 μg/L.The absorbance can keep constant within 6 hours after terminating the reaction.Combined with solvent extraction separation, the method has been applied to the determination of trace titanium in human hair, vegetation and rock samples. The results are in agreement with certified values. The precision for titanium in these samples with w (Ti)=10 -6 is <1.7% RSD ( n =6).
