摘要
基于过热沸腾换热理论 ,根据钢淬火时表面换热的实际情况 ,利用能量平衡定理建立钢淬火时的换热边界条件 ;利用显式有限差分法求解钢淬火时非线性热传导方程的逆问题 ,求解温度场 ,给出一种确定表面换热系数的方法 ,从而可以确定钢淬火时表面换热系数与温度的关系。在数值计算中 ,材料的物性系数视为相变产物体积分数的函数。实验结果表明 ,钢淬火时的温度场、导热与换热是非线性的 ,且实验所测的温度场与理论计算的温度场大体吻合。
Based on the boiling heat transfer theory and the reality processing steel quenching, the heat transfer boundary condition for steel quenching is derived from the energy balance theorem. The inverse problem of non-linear heat conduct equation and the temperature field was solved by means of finite difference methods. One way for confirming the surface heat-transfer coefficient is also derived from finite difference method. The relationship between surface heat-transfer coefficient and temperature is confirmed by this way. In calculation, the thermal physical properties of material are treated as the functions of temperature and the volume fraction of phase constituents. The experiment shows that the temperature field, the heat conduct and the heat-transfer are non-linear. The results of experiment also coincide with the results of calculation.
