摘要
建立了锅炉煤粉分离器分离效率的计算模型。该模型在一定程度上突破了“径向混合”的假设 ,并充分考虑了重力沉降和径向加速过程对固相分离的影响 ,进一步加强了模型对实际过程的描述能力。文中利用数学模型对分离器的工作性能进行了数值仿真研究 ,讨论了分离器工作参数、固相颗粒分布特性等因素对分离效果的影响。此外 ,对固相颗粒的运动轨迹进行了数值计算与分析 ,并讨论了分离器的主要工作参数、颗粒的重力沉降、颗粒的径向加速过程等因素对颗粒运动轨迹和分离过程的影响。结果表明 ,当分离器进口风速较低及颗粒粒径较大时 ,重力沉降及径向加速过程对分离效果的影响不容忽视 .在此基础上 ,文中还对已有的性能分析模型中有关简化条件的适用范围进行了分析。
The performance analysis of separator is the premise and basis of its renew,reform,optimum design and operations it is very important in engineering practice. This paper presents a mathematical model of calculating separation efficiency of cyclone separator. The hypothesis about radial mixture separation is not adopted in this model. And the influence of gravitational settling and radial acceleration on separation of solid particles from the mixture was well considered.Therefore, this model strengthens the description ability on actual process. Based on this model, numerical simulation research on working performance of the cyclone separator was done. This paper discusses the influence of separator working parameters, the distribution characteristic of solid particles on separation effects.In addition, a moving track of solid particle has been calculated and analyzed, also discussed effect of main operation parameter?gravity sedimentation and radical acceleration on moving track and separate process. The result shows that the influence of gravitational settling and radial acceleration cannot be tolerated when wind speed of the separator inlet is low and the diameters of the solid particles are large. The practical scope of simplified condition in other exiting models has been analyzed on this basis.
