摘要
流域生态环境的形成和发展虽然有着各自的特点 ,但也有着共同的规律性。通过分析流域生态经济特征、流域农业可持续发展的特殊背景、管理的基本原理 ,借以指导我国长江中上游地区生态环境建设和农业可持续发展。
Different valleys have different characteristics of ecoenvironment and development patterns of agriculture, but they share some common regularity.On the basis of analysis of the valley ecoeconomic features, the specific background of sustainable development of agriculture, this paper outlines the foundational management principles of the valley sustainable development. Combining the backgrounds of environment and agricultural development in the Yangtze valley with the principles above, the authors probe in detail to the issues regarding the ecoenvironmental construction and agricultural sustainable development in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze river.
