摘要
为了适应大型发电机定子绝缘发展的要求,研制了155级涤玻绝缘线和涤玻烧结线。新型电磁线采用熔融聚酯,部分或全部替代粘结漆,使其机械性能与绝缘性能有了大幅度的提高。介绍了研制过程中所解决的空心导体拉制,耐热粘结漆的选用,合理配给及最佳工艺参数选择等关键技术,并对绕包炉内涤玻绝缘的物理化学变化进行了深入的分析。新型电磁线的性能达到国际先进标准提出的要求,满足了大型发电机制造的要求。
Heat degree 155 glass-polyester insulated wire and fused polyester and glass insu- lated wire are both new wires which are widely used as stator winding of large generator. Since melt polyester is used to replace lacquer partly or completely, they have better mechani- cal property. In this paper, the development of the two new insulation wires is introduced, and the physical and chemical changes of the glass - polyester insulated wire in the oven is al- so discussed.
