摘要
目的 :观察综合治疗牙周病性错牙合畸形的疗效。探讨正畸治疗与牙周组织的关系和综合治疗的特点。方法 :采用常规牙周治疗 ,使牙周组织状况稳定后 ,选用Edgwise固定矫治器 ,矫治牙周病性错牙合畸形。结果 :治疗过程最长 2 5个月 ,最短 7个月 ,效果良好。结论 :对牙周病性错牙合畸形采用牙周、正畸综合治疗 ,不仅矫治了错牙合畸形 ,而且明显改善了牙周健康状况 。
AIM:To observe the treatment effect of comprehensive therapy of malocclusion with periodontal disease. The relationship of orthodontic therapy and periodontal tissue, and the characteristic of comprehensive therapy were studied. METHODS:General therapy of periodontal disease was used until the condition of periodontal tissue is stabilized. Then the Edgwise appliance was used to treat the malocclusion. RESULTS:The period of therapy lasts from 7 to 25 months The results are satisfactory. CONCLUSIONS:Under the comprehensive therapy not only the malooclusion deformity was corrected but also the condition of periodontal tissue was improved. It is an effective treatment method. [
