硒对高铝导致老龄大鼠骨质疏松保护作用的探讨 被引量:13

摘要 目的 :探讨高铝导致老龄大鼠骨钙沉积减少致骨质疏松和硒的保护作用及原理。方法 :用含铝、硒和柠檬酸的溶液分别饲养大鼠 4个月 ,使用 MP- 1型溶出分析仪测定各组大鼠血液中铝、硒、钙、MDA及肝脏、胫骨中铝和钙含量的变化。结果 :实验 2、3组所测铝和 MDA的含量增多 ,血液及胫骨中钙含量减少与正常 1组比较有显著差异。肝脏中钙和血硒没有显著变化。实验 4、5组与 2、3组比较 ,铝和血液中 MDA含量减少 ,血硒、血钙和胫骨中钙含量增加 ,均有显著差异。肝脏中钙变化没有显著差异。结论 :微量元素硒能改善钙的代谢、增加机体对钙的吸收和骨钙的沉积、降低机体对铝的吸收、同时减少自由基的产生。 Objiective:To explore the protective effect and its mechanism of selenium (Se) on the osteoporosis of elderly rats induced by high aluminum(Al).Method:The rats were fed for 4 months with the solution containing Al,Se and citric acid.The contents of Al,Se,Ca and MDA in the blood of the rats and the changes of the contents of Al and Ca in liver and femur were measured with stripping analyticsal instrument (Type Mp 1).Result:Compared with the control group,in corresponding Group2 and Group3,Al content and MDA in the blood increased,Ca content in the blood and femur decreased,while Ca in the liver and Se in the blood were of no obvious differences.Compared with Group2 and Group3,in Group4 and Group5,Al content and MDA in the blood decreased,the contents of Ca and Se in the blood and Ca content in the femur increased,while Ca in the liver was of no obvious difference.Conclusion:trace element Se can inhibit the production of oxidative free radical,improve the metabolism of Ca,promote the absorption of Al and enhance calcification in bones,which indicates that Se plays a protective role in senile osteoporosis induced by high al.
