摘要
用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定 2 0 0例健康育龄人发中锌、铁、铜、钙、铅 5种微量元素的含量。按性别、年龄分别对各元素含量的差异作显著性检验 ,结果表明钙、铅含量的性别差异有高度显著性 ,铁、钙和女性铅含量的年龄差异有显著性。进一步经统计学正态性 D检验 ,结果表明 5种元素含量不服从正态分布 ,建议以第 1 0百分位数为正常值下限 ,以第 90百分位数为正常值上限 ,建立广州市育龄人发中微量元素的正常参考值范围。
The contents of Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca、Pb in hair of 200 healthy people at the age of production were determined quantatively by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Significance test was done for sex and age respectively.It revealed that there was a extreme significance between the male and female for Ca and Pb and there was a significance for Pb of the female and Fe、Ca between the two different groups of age.Further test of statistical analysis showed that the contents did not conform to normal distribution.It is suggested that the lower limit of the normal value be the 10 th percentiles,the upper limit be the 90 th percentiles.
