摘要
采用微波技术消解样品 ,用火焰原子吸收法直接测定了出口动物肝中的镉含量。吸光值与镉浓度在 0～ 1 .8mg/L范围内呈线性关系 ,相关系数 0 .9997,检出限 0 .0 0 3mg/L,回收率97.6%～ 1 0 1 .2 % ,相对标准偏差不超过 3.7%。方法准确 ,操作简便、快速。
The microwave digestion technique was used in the direct determination of cadmium in animal liver for export.Linear relationship hold over the range of 0～1.8 mg/L for cadmium concentration with coefficient of 0.9997,the limit of detection was 0.003 mg/L,the recovery was 97.6%～101 2%,and the RSD was not more than 3.7%.the proposed method has been proved to be accurate,simple and rapid.
