摘要
对近年来超声波技术在化学化工中的应用与研究进展作了比较全面的综述。着重介绍了超声波技术在强化传递过程 (包括萃取过程、吸附过程、结晶过程、乳化与破乳、膜过程、电化学过程以及非均相化学反应过程 )中的应用。另外还介绍了超声阻垢技术以及超声波在废水处理和纳米材料制备中的应用进展。
A comprehensive review on the recent advances of ultrasound applied in chemical engineering and technology is given in this paper. Applications of ultrasound in intensifying the transfer processes including extraction, adsorption, crystallization, emulsion, membrane, electrochemistry and heterogeneous reaction are presented. Furthermore, new applications of ultrasound in wastewater treatment and nanomaterials preparation are outlined and discussed in detail. When ultrasound is incorporated with traditional chemical processes great progress and technical innovation in chemical engineering can be expected.
