摘要
目的 探讨脾保留性手术在外伤性脾破裂中的应用。方法 对 2 6例外伤性脾破裂病人施行了脾保留性手术。结果 全部病例均获治愈。 12例获随访 ,术后 3个月经B型超声和核素锝扫描 ,效果均较为满意。结论 只要遵循保脾治疗的基本原则 ,脾保留性手术在外伤性脾破裂中应用安全、可行 ,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the application of serial operations of preserving spleen in the rupture of spleen.Methods Serial operations of preserving spleen were performed on 26 cases of spleen injury in our hospital in recent years.Results All the cases were cured.Twelve patients were followed up for 3 months by the ultrason ography and 99mTc scanning.The results were satisfactory.Conclusion As long as we follow the fundamental principle s of spleen preserving treatment, the operations of preserving spleen were safe and feasible in the clinial application of spleen injury.
