摘要
目的 评价透明质酸钠在泪道探通术中的效果。方法 对 86例 12 8眼泪道狭窄或阻塞患者采用透明质酸钠泪道灌注结合泪道冲洗探通治疗。结果 溢泪症状明显改善。临床随访 6～ 2 4月 ,所有有效患者疗效持久 ,治愈率为 77 34 % ,显效率为 90 6%。结论 透明质酸钠能明显提高泪道探通术的治愈率 ,且无毒副作用。
Objective To make some comments on the clinical efficiency of the sodium hyaluronate (Healon).Methods Take Healon treatment combined with eye wash in affusion flushing,to 86 patients (128 eyes) who suffered from strictured or obstructive lacrimal passages.Results After the clinical follow-up of 6～24 months,the symptoms of flow of tears were improving.The cure rate can be up to 77.43% and the availabifity rate 90.63%.Conclusions All these examples proved that Healon as eye wash can impove efficienly and has no poison-side-efffect.
