摘要
目的 研究康复训练对脑梗死大鼠脑的生长相关蛋白 (GAP- 43)表达的影响 .方法 SD大鼠采用光化学法制成脑梗死模型后 ,随机分康复组、制动组、自由组及正常组 ,每组大鼠在 1,3,7,14,2 1,2 8d取脑组织免疫组化染色 ,以观察脑梗死大鼠各组不同时期脑的 GAP- 43表达 .结果 1,3,7,14d脑梗死周边区可见 GAP- 43阳性细胞 ,2 1,2 8d时梗死周边 GAP- 43阳性细胞逐渐减少 ,康复组较制动组在 7,14d明显增加 ,尤以胼胝体为著 .结论 康复训练可引起损伤周边区 GAP- 43表达的变化 。
AIM To study the expression of GAP 43 in the brain of cerebral infarcted rats after rehabilitative training. METHODS Cerebral infarctions induced by photochemical injury were made on 48 SD rats, which were divided into 4 groups at random after 1 d: Rehabilitation group, free group, barking group and normal group. The changes of GAP 43 in brain were immunohistochemically studied at 1, 3, 7, 14, 21, 28 d after rehabilitative training. RESULTS GAP 43 stained cells were found around infarcted area at 1, 3, 7,14 d and diminished at 21, 28 d. They increased more remarkzably in rehabilitation groups than in barking group at 7, 14 d. especially in callose. CONCLUSION Expression of GAP 43 in brain can be affected by rehabilitative training on injured central nerve, and can promote nerve repair.
