8Hz和16Hz次声对大鼠肺组织及肺氧合功能的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的 观察次声对肺的损伤作用及对动脉血氧分压(Pa O2 )和动脉血氧饱和度 (Sa O2 % )的影响 .方法  SD大鼠30 0只随机分为正常对照组和次声作用 1次 ,3次 ,7次 ,14次 ,2 1次 6组 ,置本校研制的次声压力仓内致伤 .次声作用组以 8Hz和 16Hz次声 ,声压分别为 90 ,10 0 ,110 ,12 0 ,130 d B的强度 ,每次作用 2 h.透射电镜下观察肺超微结构的改变 ,同时观察 Pa O2 和 Sa O2 %的改变 .结果  8Hz,90~ 110 d B单次作用对肺部的超微结构基本无影响 ,8Hz,12 0~ 130 d B作用后则肺组织形态学发生改变 ,而 Pa O2 和 Sa O2 %无明显变化 . 16Hz,90 d B的次声单次作用 ,即可引起肺组织的损伤 ,随着声压级的增大 ,肺组织的影响程度更为明显 ;8Hz,12 0 d B,130 d B和 16Hz,90 d B,130 d B的次声多次作用后 ,Pa O2 和 Sa O2 %明显下降 ,与正常对照组相比有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,3次、7次组的形态学变化最为明显 ,随着作用次数的增加 ,其损伤并无继续加重 ,表现出适应性反应 .结论  1肺损伤的最小阈值 8Hz为 12 0 d B和 16Hz为 90 d B.即在一定作用强度范围内 ,可较明显的反应其频率作用的特性 . 2次声损伤阈值的累积作用证明了细胞发生的变化性质和程度主要与次声作用的声压强度和时间 (作用次数 ) AIM To observe the change of infrasound damage to the lungs. METHODS Three hundred SD rats were randomized into six groups: Control, infrasound damage 1, 3, 7, 14 and 21 times. 8 and 16 Hz, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130 dB infrasound damage was applied to infrasonic damage groups for 2 h once according to the planned schedule. Under electronic microscope, the changes of lungs and blood gas were observed. RESULTS With 8 Hz 90~110 dB to the lungs once, no influence was showen in the ultra structure. With 120, 130 dB, the histological structure of the lungs changed, but the blood gas didn't change distinctly. With 16 Hz 90 dB to the lungs once, the damage to the lungs appeared. The more the sound pressure level increased, the more obvious the change would be. After 8 Hz 120, 130 dB and 16 Hz 90, 130 dB acting on the rats many times, PO 2 and SO 2% dropped rapidly, compared with that of control group had more radical changes ( P < 0.01). The alterations of histological structure of 3 times group and 7 times group were the most obvious. With the increase of the times, the damage didn't aggravate but adaptive action appeared. CONCLUSION ① The minimal threshold value of infrasound damage to the lungs of rats is 8 Hz 120 dB and 16 Hz 90 dB; in other words, the features of the frequency of infrasound is expressed within the scope of a certain intensity of infrasound; ② The accumulation of threshold suggests that the changes may be related to the times and the intensity of infrasound.
