摘要
主要介绍两类半导体光电化学制氢体系。一类是SiC体系 ,通过对KOH中的P SiC和Na2 SO3中的n SiC两电极构形作电流 电压 (I V)研究表明 ,随着太阳光照射 ,有值得重视的光电流产生 ,这相当于水在各自的电极上分裂形成氢和氧。另一类是CdS体系 ,通过并入ZnS和Mo ,在光照下 ,光电流增加 ,即获得了氢气释放的更大的电势。
Two semiconductor photoeletrochemical systems for hydrogen production were introduced.One was SiC,in which photocurr ent generation was appreciable with illumination of the sunlight,corresponding t o water splitting to form hydroge n and oxygen at respective electrodes.The other was CdS system,in which photocur rent increased by mixing CdS with ZnS and Mo under illumination,to get m ore potential for hydrogen production.
