摘要
通过对不同培养基及不同C源、N源、接种量等影响因素的单因素多水平实验 ,确定了最佳发酵工艺 :以5 %麸皮水 ,1%玉米浆为培养基 ,初始pH 4 0 ,种龄为 10h ,接种量 5 % ,装液量 10 0mL/ 5 0 0mL三角瓶 ,16 0r/min ,30℃ ,发酵 48h。在优化后的条件下 ,培养基的成本及制作时间均降低 ,而且总活力提高为 140U/mL。
This paper mainly dealed with the fermentation condition of antibiotic substance from Rhizopus Chinese No12 By single factor experiments,the optimum fermentation condition had been determined,which were the optimum medium(5%bran +1% corn steep liquid),the initial pH value of fermentation medium(pH4 0)and the seed age(10h),volume of inoculation(5%),the volume of medium in 500ml flask(100ml),shaking speed(160r/min),culture temperature(30℃)and culture time(48h) Under the optimum condition,the price and preparing time for the medium were decreased,and the total active units were increased to 140U/ml
