根据硫酸皮肤素在抗凝、抗栓、抗炎、抗病毒、抗增殖以及保护血管壁等方面的药理作用研究 ,表明硫酸皮肤素作为一种新型抗血栓药 。
According to the papers of resent years, the pharmacological effects of dermatan sulfate was reviewed in the aspects of anti thrombosis, anticoagulation, anti inflammation, anti virus, anti proliferation and blood vessel wall protection. As a new type of antithrombotic drug, Dermatan sulfate will have good application prospects.
