摘要
①目的 建立兔前房相关性免疫偏离 (ACAID)诱导模型。②方法 采用甘氨酸法制备可溶性角膜分类抗原 ,分组行兔前房注射诱导ACAID ,并观察各组耳膨胀试验和脾脏病理学检查结果。③结果 角膜上皮、内皮、基质及全角膜可溶性抗原皆可诱导ACAID ,诱导质量浓度为 2 .0 g/L .成功率分别为 90 % ,10 0 % ,80 %和 10 0 % .④结论 角膜可溶性抗原可以诱导产生ACAID .
Objective To study the induction of anterior chamber associated immune deviation (ACAID) of rabbits.Methods Soluble corneal classified antigens were prepared by glycine method, ACAID was induced by injecting glycine into anterior chamber(AC) of rabbits in different groups. The ear swelling and pathological results of the spleen were investigated. Results Corneal epithelium, endothelium, stroma and the whole corneal soluble antigens could induce ACAID .The induced concentration was 2.0g/L, and the success rate was 90%, 100%, 80% and 100%, respectively. Conclusion Corneal soluble antigen can induce ACAID of rabbits.
